IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF:

EMMA LOUISE HINES,

     Petitioner,

and

CORY JAMES HINES,

    Respondent.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN A DIVORCE

To: Cory James Hines, Address Unknown

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Cory James Hines is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Cory James Hines serve upon Alyson A. Dotson, Attorney for Emma Louise Hines, whose address is 915 Jefferson Street N., Lewisburg, WV 24901, an Answer, including any counter-claim or defenses you may have, to the Petition for Divorce filed in this matter, within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication. If you fail to answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded. It is further ordered that a hearing will take place before the Honorable Honorable R. Grady Ford on said Petition for Divorce on October 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Greenbrier County Courthouse located at 912 Court Street N., Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901. You may be present to protect your interests.

A copy of said Petition for Divorce may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
