Omar, W.Va. (WVDN) — On Saturday, April 18, 2026, Trooper A.M. Baria, Senior Trooper M.S. Hall, and several members of the Logan Detachment conducted a drug investigation at a residence on Cow Creek Road in Omar.
During the investigation, a significant amount of Marijuana, Prescription Medication, and a firearm were found inside of the residence. Dennis J Idyle, 29, of Omar, was arrested for Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Schedule V Substance and Conspiracy.
Mr. Idyle was transported to the Southwestern Regional Jail to await arraignment.
