Summersville, W.Va. (WVDN) — On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Corporal E. E. Bostic began investigating complaints made by two juveniles, who alleged that they were sexually abused.
After an investigation Joshua Spencer, 36, of Summersville, was arrested for Sexual Abuse by Parent Guardian or Custodian. Mr. Spencer was arraigned at Nicholas County Magistrate Court and bond was set at $100,000. Mr. Spencer could not post bond and was transported to Central Regional Jail.
This investigation is still ongoing.
