CHARMCO- Multi-sport Greenbrier West athlete Maddie Fields secured the most votes in this week’s West Virginia Daily News Diamond player of the week and rightly so.
After an 0-for-3 line at the plate against Beckley, Fields rebounded in a big way against Richwood and went 2-3 with two triples, 2 runs scored, and 5 RBIs.
Fields leads the Lady Cavs in RBIs this year with 25.
