REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia requests proposals for installation of 3 new air conditioning units to be installed at the Greenbrier County Day Report located at 147 Main Street W., Ronceverte, WV.
Mandatory PRE-BID will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 9:30am at 147 Main Street W., Ronceverte. The county would like to have 3 electric air units – (2) 3 Ton units and (1) 4 Ton unit is needed along with new coil packs inside the building. The new units will need to be installed outside the building on construction platforms. 18 SEER cool capacity with a 30-foot head height plus direction to the units. Manufacturer’s warranty duration shall not be less than 10 years for parts and labor.
Proposals must be received by Friday, May 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at: The Greenbrier County Commission Office, 912 Court Street N., Lewisburg, WV 24901. The County Commission has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
