LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet Monday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m. in a working session and 5 p.m. in a regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV.

Agenda:

1. Call to Order

2. Approval of Minutes: October 16, 2023

3. Kathryn Juker, 643 & 667 Jefferson Street, exterior painting

4. Robert Strickland 116 Preston, install pergola on existing patio

5. Wooton, Davis, Hussel and Johnson, 914 Jefferson Street, expansion of existing building

6. Ben Long, 491 Church Street, requests change on driveway

7. Libby Tomer 1505 Washington Street, material list for porch posts and handrails tabled from October meeting

8. Dylan Boone, approval for sidewalk steps and install railing on sidewalk

9. John Wilson, 1017 Washington Street East, replace upstairs windows, replace front door and Parex exterior building

10. Paul McFarlane, 1618 Washington East Street, replace gutters

11. Humble Tomato, 855 Washington Street, replace gutters and downspouts (Black)

The next scheduled meeting of the Historic Landmarks Commission will be on Monday, Dec. 11, at 5 p.m., with a deadline of Wednesday, Nov. 29.
