LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – A Greenbrier County Grand Jury met this week and handed up its indictments to the Greenbrier County Circuit Court for the June 2023 term.

Among those indicted were Cynthia Justice and Mitch McCoy, both of Renick, who are charged with helping Ron McMillion dispose of the body of Dee Ann Keene.

Justice and McCoy are charged with one count each of accessory after the fact to murder and concealment of a deceased human body. According to the indictment, on Feb. 28, 2014, Justice and McCoy assisted McMillion by transporting Keene’s body in a vehicle to an unknown location and “burying or otherwise disposing of said body in a secrete manner.” The indictment further states that Justice and McCoy “did so with the knowledge that Dee Ann Keene had been unlawfully killed.”
