The Greenbrier County Department of Homeland Security has released an advisory indicating Frontier Communications has reported an issue for landline customers with a 497 exchange not being able to dial 911.
According to the advisory, which as released at 10:27 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 911 calls are not being routed to 911.
If you have an emergency, call 304-647-7911.
Frontier is working to correct this issue.
