PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE

Application of Gas South, LLC for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or Supply Natural Gas Supply Services to the public in West Virginia at Docket No. 26-0635-EEPP.

Gas South, LLC has filed an application with the West Virginia Public Service Commission (“PSC”) for a certificate to provide natural gas supply services as a supplier or aggregator of natural gas services. Gas South, LLC proposes to sell natural gas and related services in all counties of West Virginia with the exception of Hampshire, Pleasants, Pocahontas, Taylor, and Webster.

The PSC may consider this application without a hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial fitness of Gas South, LLC may be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice with the Executive Secretary of the PSC, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Please include the Case No. listed above on the protest.

Additionally, please send copies of any protest to Gas South, LLC’s attorney at the address listed below.
