You will take notice that ELEMENTAL RESOURCES, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2025-C-000007, located in ALDERSON CORP District, LOT 107 LESS SQ FT. ALDERSON ADD. HOUSBY which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of STEWART EDITH, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of GREENBRIER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 28, 2026. ELEMENTAL RESOURCES requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after March 1, 2027, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before February 28, 2027 will be as follows:
