NOTICE OF SALE OF CHURCH REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Eric Morgan, Trustee of Mountain View Primitive Baptist Church, will offer for sale the real property belonging to Mountain View Primitive Baptist Church, located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
The property is located at or commonly known as:
4434 Seneca Trl S
Ronceverte, WV 24970
Legal Description:
“BEGINNING at a 1/2” iron pipe set on the southeast side of U.S. Route 219, a corner to Clyde Mann and also on the northeast side of 30 foot wide right-of-way; thence with Mann and said right-of-way S 56-29-30 E 338.39 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe, set; thence leaving Mann and through the Morgan property S 36-37 W, crossing the southeast end of the aforesaid right-of-way, in all a total of 252.02 feet, to a 3/4” iron pipe, set, on the Maude Dolan property line; thence with Dolan N 56-20-40 W 343.36 feet to a 1” iron pipe, set, on the southeast side of U.S. 219; thence leaving Dolan and with U.S. 219 N 37-22-40 E 14.69 feet to a point; thence S 52-37-20 E 5.00 feet to a point; thence N 37-22-40 E 152.00 feet to a point; thence N 52-37-20 W 5.00 feet to a point; thence N 37-22-40 E, crossing the northwest side of the aforesaid right-of-way, in all a total of 102.66 feet to the BEGINNING and containing 2.01 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Greenbrier Surveying Co., Inc., of Lewisburg, West Virginia, in November, 1986, and as shown on a plat attached hereto and made a part of this description.”
The property will be offered for sale on or following October 21, 2026.

The property will be sold as is, with the balance due at closing.
