Lewisburg, W.Va. (WVDN) – Carnegie Hall is pleased to announce that Sharon and Jim Rowe will be honored at A Star-Spangled Salute to the Arts Gala, as the popular annual fundraiser returns. The event will take place on Friday, September 4, at 6 p.m. in Colonial Hall at The Greenbrier. Tickets are $250 per person, and tables for 10 are available for $2,500.
Sharon and Jim Rowe are exemplary illustrations of community service and dedicated stewards of the arts.
A tenured member of Carnegie’s Board of Directors, Sharon has donated countless hours and invaluable expertise. A former Board chair and past Gala chair, she currently co-chairs the Ivy Terrace Renovation Campaign with Foundation Board President, Tom White. A marketing and communications professional, she serves on numerous local, regional and statewide boards.
Jim Rowe is a Senior Status Judge who served as a Circuit Court Judge in Greenbrier and Pocahontas counties for many years. Prior to his appointment to the Court, he served for eight years in the West Virginia House of Delegates. He served on the Carnegie Board of Directors in the 1980s and currently serves on several local and statewide boards and commissions.
The Rowes’ altruism has helped the arts shine in the Greenbrier Valley for over 40 years. The Carnegie Hall Board of Directors is honored to recognize their contributions at this year’s Gala.
