- Consider Draw Request No. 21 for the GigReady Broadband Project.
- Consider authorization for construction work on weekends for the Greenbrier GigReady Broadband Project.
- Consider authorization to submit documents on behalf of the Greenbrier County Commission, allowing Region 4 PDC to continue submitting draw requests, supporting documents and any additional information requested by the state in the new Grants Management Portal on behalf of the commission.
- Consider signing the resolution and grant acceptance paperwork for the Community Corrections grant ($263,000).
- Consider signing the resolution and grant acceptance paperwork for the Justice Reinvestment grant ($71,735).
- Consider approving the Sheriff’s Department to apply to the Homeland Security Grant Program for the purchase of equipment for the SWAT team.
- Consider the change of Mike Holmes’ date of separation and approve the request to move to part-time status.

The commission also announces that a public hearing on hotel occupancy will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, and at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, in the County Commission Courtroom at the courthouse, and that a public hearing on the zoning ordinance will be held at noon Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, and at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, in the Underwood Building at the State Fairgrounds.
