Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 20, 2005, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 570, at Page 212, Victoria E. Miller and Addison O. Miller did convey in trust unto Barry L Bruce, Trustee, certain real estate described in said Deed of Trust and the beneficiary therein, the Mary Josephine Miller Irrevocable Trust, c/o Richard Santerre, 500 5th Avenue, South, #522, Naples, FL, 34102, who upon knowledge and belief departed this life on December 9, 2014, in the State of Florida without naming a successor beneficiary, thus leaving the said Deed of Trust securing persons not named in the deed of trust. The term of repayment has now expired and the said trustee is holding no funds to distribute to any beneficiary and thereby the said trustee is providing notice that he will on the 15th day after the last publication of this notice, release said Deed of Trust and execute such release without any liability to any person not named in the deed of trust.
At the time of the execution of this Deed of Trust this property was reported to have a mailing address of 258 Johnson Street, Alderson, West Virginia, 24910, and more particularly described as follows: Lot No. Nine (9), of the C.H. Hedrick Addition to the Town of Alderson.
And to any person claiming to be a successor beneficiary under this Deed of Trust, you should notify the Trustee prior to the 6th day of August, 2026, of your claim to: Barry L. Bruce, Esq., Trustee, c/o The John Shumate Law Firm, John H. Shumate, Jr., Esq. (S.B. No. 3392), P.O. Drawer 231, Mt. Hope, West Virginia, 25880.
