RONCEVERTE, W.Va. (WVDN) — The Ronceverte City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2026, in Council Chambers to address several matters, including water and wastewater business, an update to the personnel handbook and the first reading of a police use-of-force ordinance.

The full agenda is as follows:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approval of Minutes
    — Minutes from the June 1, 2026, meeting: Review and approve minutes from the previous City Council meeting.
  3. Wastewater Related Business
  4. Water Related Business
    — HUD Requirements, Region 4: Review and approve HUD requirements related to Phase 4 of the water project.
    — Grant Extension, Region 4: Review and approve an extension of the grant for Phase 4 of the water project.
  5. Stormwater Related Business
  6. New Business
    — Update to Personnel Handbook: First review of proposed update to the Personnel Handbook.
  7. Old Business
    — Ordinance 2026-03, Police Department Use of Force Policy: First reading of the proposed ordinance addressing the use of force by the Police Department, tabled from the last meeting.
