Michael Wayne Kelly, 67, of Waynesboro, VA, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, at his residence in Waynesboro.
Mr. Kelly was born April 28, 1950, in Ronceverte, WV, a son of Lonnie C. and Henrietta Forren Kelly.
Michael was a 1968 graduate of Greenbrier High School in Ronceverte, was an avid golfer with family and friends, and enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach, SC. He was a one-of-a-kind guy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Brian Michael Kelly; and three brothers, Richard, Ronald, and Patrick Kelly.
Surviving are two sisters, Sally Dixon of Ronceverte and her daughter, Deirdre Ford, and her children, Erik Edward Ford and Haylie Dawn “Critter” Ford, and Nancy Berry and husband, Jim, of Ronceverte; a sister-in-law, Wanita Kelly and her son, Patrick Wayne Kelly; and a number of cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
