Allie Marie Falls, 75, of Fairlea, WV, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.
Born June 9, 1941, in Oceana, WV, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Shelton and Allie Allen Judy.
Allie was a member of the Ronceverte Christian Church. She was the secretary for the horse shows at the West Virginia State Fair for many years. She had also worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Echols.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Bob Falls; sisters, Lovey Kishpaugh of Lewisburg, WV, Linda Persinger and husband, Guy, of Fairlea, Wanda Dykeman and husband, Darald, of Cheyenne, WY, and Jane Johnston and husband, David, of Powhatan, VA; brother-in-law, Jack Falls of Lewisburg; sisters-in-law, Patty Sampson of Lewisburg and Gloria Hamrick and husband, Don, of Richmond VA; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the Rosewood Cemetery in Lewisburg with Minister Jonathan Thomas officiating.
There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations of sympathy in Allie’s memory be made to the Ronceverte Christian Church, P.O. Box 7, Ronceverte, WV 24970; Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901; or to the Greenbrier Humane Society, P.O. Box 926, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
