William R. Smith, 64, of Fredericksburg, VA, originally from Lewisburg, WV, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014.
Born June 22, 1949, he was preceded in death by his mother, Lula Ruth Anderson, and a brother, Kenny Gabbert.
He leaves behind a son, William “Red” Smith and wife, Melissa, of Lewisburg; a daughter, Lynette Smith of Fredericksburg; and three grandchildren, Jessica, Shana, and Jacob Smith of Lewisburg.
He was a collector of all things. He worked for the Stone Mulch Center of Stafford, VA, and had been a commercial truck driver for over 35 years.
He will be dearly missed by so many people.
A visitation in his memory will be held Monday, April 28, 2014, from 6-8 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
