LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet Monday, May 13, at 5 p.m. in regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV.

Agenda:

1. Call to Order.

2. Approval of Minutes: April 8.

3. Comments from the public.

4. John Wilson. 1017 Washington Street East, replace the previously approved front door.

5. MacAttack. 979 Washington Street. replace old vinyl facia board with aluminum.

6. Bernard Tronche, 210 North Lee Street Demo and reconstruct current dwelling and add a rear addition material approval of plans.

7. Libby Tomar, 1505 Washington Street West, Revisit post application

8. Libby Tomar, 1505 Washington Street East, install K-Style gutters on the porch to match the existing K-Style gutters on the house, white in color.

9. Don Joint, 221 Austin Street, Paint garage different color and new garage doors new metal roof

10. Greenbrier Historical Society, North House Museum, install a 48”x16” flat polished bench

11. Comments from the Zoning Officer

12. Adjournment.

The next scheduled meeting of the Historic Landmarks Commission will be on Monday, June 10, at 5 p.m., with a deadline of Friday, May 24, at noon.
