Last week, film crews were in the area filming an episode of Barnwood Builders.

The TV show airs on the Magnolia Network and follows Lewisburg resident Mark Bowe and his crew as they tear down antique log structures and refurbish them into architectural accents and modern homes and buildings.

Barnwood Builders is filming its 13th season, and last week’s footage was shot behind Bowe’s store, Barnwood Living, in White Sulphur Springs, as the Builders constructed a pavilion behind the store.

The pavilion will be used for events surrounding the Barnwood Living store and the Barnwood Builders television show.

Barnwood Builders has maintained its popularity due to its good-natured, low-drama stars, including fan favorite Johnny Jett.

Local fans will want to stop by Barnwood Living in White Sulphur Springs for a meet and greet with Jett on Saturday, June 18, at the brand new Barnwood Living pavilion in White Sulphur Springs. Jett will greet guests from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and from 1-3 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to stop by and say hi, and perhaps pick up one of Jett’s prints or cards while at the store.
