LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg is proud to announce its selection by the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation as an inaugural Benedum Foundation Culture Collective grantee. This new statewide initiative supports and strengthens West Virginia’s creative sector by investing in organizations that preserve, celebrate, and advance arts, culture, and heritage across the Mountain State.
The Culture Collective program awarded more than $1.8 million to 64 fairs, festivals, museums, and performing arts organizations, bringing vital funding to communities throughout West Virginia. Carnegie Hall is honored to be among the first cohort of grantees recognized for their commitment to enriching local life through accessible arts programming, education, and cultural engagement.
