Coaches Comments: “Ross is one of my favorite people on the Golf Team. Even though he is not the best player on the team (YET!), he is still there every day getting better and is a positive influence to his teammates. Ross has that rare perspective of deferred gratification. He knows that his time will come when he’s representing Greenbrier East at the State Championships. If I am ever in an important Golf scramble, Ross would be on my team. His short game and putting is spot on when he is dialed in. Ross is a quiet golfer who has pride in being a member of this great Golf Team. He is Loyal to the Green and Gold!
Spartan Alumni Spotlight: Brian Boggs ’87. First Team ALL-STATE! Brian is beyond Great to the Greenbrier East golf team. As an alumnus, his loyalty and support have kept us on the State map. Giving back to the program is an understatement. We can never Thank him or Valley View Golf Course enough! We plan to show our gratitude by being the Best in the State, just as he was when he played for Greenbrier East!
