Alderson, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Congregation and Pastor Randy S. Burdette of Flat Mountain Missionary Baptist Church would like to invite everyone to the 120th Homecoming on Sunday, August 09th, 2026. In 1906, a group of local folks organized Flat Mountain Missionary Baptist Church, and thanks to the Good Lord, the Gospel ministry continues today.
Our special guest speaker for this year is Brother Tanner McCallister from Griffith Creek Baptist Church. Brother McCallister is the son of Darrell and Angela McCallister.
The service begins with Sunday School at 10 a.m. At 11 a.m., Brother McCallister will be preaching, followed by Homecoming dinner and then an afternoon service with Brother McCallister bringing the message. Special singing and fellowship will be a part of the day.
