Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of August, 2026, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Sidney Jo Hardesty, will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge R. Ford for the entry of an order by said court, changing the name of his/her from Sidney Jo Hardesty to Sydnee Alyse Williams. At which time and place may any interested party appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
