Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission to Meet July 13

LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) — The City of Lewisburg will hold a meeting of the Historic Landmarks Commission at 5 p.m. Monday, July 13, in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, 942 Washington St. W.

The agenda includes the call to order; consideration of an application from Colin Rose to install an entrance to the rear of the building at 951 Washington St. W.; an application from Raymond Niski to install a deck on a shed at 142 Lee St.; an application from Richard Gunnoe to replace all windows at 300 Mathews St.; an application from Jerry Janiga to install a generator and landscaping at 204 Chestnut St.; and an application from the Greenbrier Historical Society to replace a deck at 814 Washington St. W.

The meeting will also include time for comments from the public, the planning and zoning officer and commissioners, followed by approval of minutes from the June 8 meeting and adjournment.

The next scheduled meeting of the commission will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10.

The deadline for completed application submissions is 10 a.m. Friday, July 24.
