ABANDONED VEHICLE NOTICE

Location where vehicle was taken into custody and possession:

Lewisburg

**Please be advised that you have ten (10) days from receipt of this notice to reclaim your vehicle by contacting Boggs Towing at 304-667-4217 and paying all towing, preservation, and storage charges that have resulted from the taking of the above vehicle into custody or possession.

IMPORTANT

Failure of the owner or lien holder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above motor vehicle and  within ten (10) days shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all lien holders of record of all right, title, and interest in the above motor vehicle and their consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned or junked motor vehicle at public auction or to a licensed salvage yard or demolisher.
