WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS- Fien’s, a new deli in White Sulphur Springs, opened its doors on May 8, 2026, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts all crafted with homemade care.

Owner Delphine Houssin, longtime kitchen professional, moved to the United States nearly two decades ago, bringing her passion for cooking to the heart of the community with nearly 20 years in the United States and a lifetime spent in the kitchen building a philosophy around food that brings joy to diners.

“I love cooking for people. Sharing what I make gives me a lot of joy,” she said.

A career in culinary environment, baking initially began as home practice that evolved naturally into restaurant work, where the craft became second nature.

Fien’s aims to fill a gap in the area by offering ready-to-serve, homemade options that aren’t fast food.

“This is a business that I really missed around here, so I filled the void myself I wanted to be able to pick up dinner, ready for the oven or microwave, that was healthy and homemade food,” she shared.

The deli will prioritize quality and convenience, with a menu designed to be enjoyed at home and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts prepared in-house, with a focus on homemade quality for takeout and to-go options. The menu is designed for days when time is tight, but home-cooked flavor is still desired.

Delphine chose White Sulphur Springs as the base for Fien’s because of the community’s warmth and the couple’s fondness for the town.

“This is where we have the restaurant (Gustard’s Bistro) and we would like to stay here,” she shared.

Houssin is excited.

“I am excited to see all the familiar faces. The community has been great by supporting us in both the restaurant and the first days at the deli. This is an amazing community we live in, that’s why we love it here,” she stated.

Whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the go or planning a wholesome dinner, they promise comfort, flavor, and the kind of hospitality that makes a house feel like a home.

Fein’s is conveniently located at 728 Main Street East in White Sulphur Springs with hours of operations Tuesday-Saturday
