GREENBRIER COUNTY, W.Va. (WVDN) – County Route 33, Old Asbury Road, will be under construction at milepost 1.91 to 1.93 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, May 11, through Tuesday, May 19, 2026, for an embankment stabilization. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may affect the project schedule.
Though the roadway will remain open during the embankment stabilization, delays greater than 15 minutes should be expected. The traveling public is encouraged to seek alternate routes when possible during the hours of construction.
WVDOH expresses its apologies for the inconvenience this construction may cause citizens and guests to the area. Motorists are asked to observe all traffic control signs and devices and use caution while traveling around the work zone.
