Article 1014.05 of the Zoning Ordinance – Appeal from a Decision of the Board:
“Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may present to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County a petition duly verified, setting forth that such decision or order is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the alleged illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision or order of the Board.”

Appeal by Alex Hanna for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission for an agritourism business at 382 James Stuart Rd., Lewisburg. (Property owned by Gary Cochran Sr.) ORIGINAL HEARING HELD ON JULY 6, 2021
