LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The City of Lewisburg’s Historic Landmarks Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 8, at 5 p.m. in the Paul R. Colley Council Chambers, 942 Washington Street West, to hear the following applications.

1. Call to Order

2. Alyson Dotson, 915 Jefferson Street North, 48”x36” replacement sign

3. Sparrow Huffman, 900 Washington Street West, Suite 6, 26”x8” sign hanging from existing Shea Newton sign

4. Jane Matheny, 150 Greenbrier Avenue, build a 12’x12’ addition on the back right side of property

5. Karin and Bernard Tronche, 284 Lee Street, build a 16’x29’ detached garage

6. Lucy Refsland, 511 Court Street, Addition, demo existing garage and rebuild garage

7. Approval of November 10, 2025, minutes

8. Comments from the Public

9. Comments from Commissioners

10. Comments from the Planning and Zoning Officer

11. Adjournment

The next scheduled meeting of the Lewisburg Historic Landmark’s Commission will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 5 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, 942 Washington Street West.
