IMPORTANT

Failure of the owner or lien holder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above mobile home within ten (10) days shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all lien holders of record of all right, title, and interest in the above mobile home and their consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned or junked mobile home at private sale or to a licensed salvage yard or demolisher.
