Onego, W.Va. (WVDN) – On Friday, April 18, 2025, at approximately 7:15 pm, Cpl. J.M. Hebb was advised by Pendleton County 911 Communications of a motorcycle crash on U.S. Route 33 in Onego at the base of Allegheny Mountain. Cpl. Hebb was also advised by EMS personnel that both victims had been pronounced dead by Med-Comm personnel. Cpl. Hebb observed a skid starting in a right-hand curve in the west bound lane which led to a guardrail on the left roadway edge where the motorcycle collided and ejected both occupants over an embankment. The victims were identified as Mark Bradley Forinash, 75, of Valley Bend, WV and Donna Louise Forinash, 72, of Valley Bend, WV. Cpl. Hebb obtained all pertinent information at the scene and from fellow riders who had witnessed the event. Both Victims were then transported to Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV. The next of kin have been notified.
