NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Pursuant to Section 46-9-504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code, The Bank of Monroe in Fairlea, under the terms of a Note and Security Agreement dated March 2, 2023, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at The Bank of Monroe, 9679 Seneca Trail S. Fairlea, West Virginia: the following described vehicles; to wit:

1. 2022 BMW X7 VIN: 5UXCW2C07N9L23675

The sale of the above described item will be made without warranty. The bank reserves the right (1) to bid at the public sale, (2) to reject any and all bids at the public sale, and (3) to continue such sale to any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein.

The terms of the sale shall be cash in hand at the time of sale. Dated this 24th day of March 2025.
