HANOVER W.Va. (WVDN) – One person has been arrested after police responded to a shooting complaint in Hanover. The West Virginia State Police released the following information:
“On Sunday, December 15, 2024, Trooper N.T. Warden responded to Lower Muzzle Road in Hanover, Wyoming County, on a shooting complaint. Tpr. Warden arrived on scene and discovered that the suspect, 29-year-old Austin Cline, allegedly shot at the victim, 47-year-old Teddy Toler, during a domestic altercation, striking the ground at his feet. The suspect and the victim are nephew and uncle respectively, and live adjacent to each other. The suspect has been charged with wanton endangerment, domestic assault, and possession of a controlled substance. The suspect is currently housed at SRJ awaiting his preliminary hearing.”
