Lula Marie Ingram Rowe, 68, of Frankford, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on January 24, 2019.
Born on January 29, 1951, at home in Sunlight, WV, she was the daughter of Rosa Lee and Lloyd George Ingram.
Lula was a graduate of Lewisburg High School, a member of Enon Baptist Church in Frankford, and a homemaker for her entire adult life. She loved and spoiled her many pets, and enjoyed attending dog and cat shows with friends. She and her husband enjoyed frequent trips to her favorite vacation spot, Virginia Beach.
In addition to her parents, Lula was preceded in death by a brother, Cameron Ingram.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Albert Rowe; a son, Shannon Rowe (and companion, Shelley) of Frankford; a sister, Jeanie Ware (Bob) of Lewisburg, WV; two nephews, Ben Lewis (Sara) and Jamie Lewis (Angie) of Cross Lanes, WV; great-nephews, Austin Lewis (Morgan) and Bradley Lewis; great-niece, Olivia Marie Lewis; step-niece, Susan Patterson (Will) of South Charleston, WV; great-step-niece, Baylie Patterson; and many cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at the McCraw Funeral Home in Lewisburg on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at noon, with the Rev. Delmas Beavers officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Chapel Cemetery in Vago, WV.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m until the time of the service on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
McCraw Funeral Home in Lewisburg is in charge of arrangements.
