MONROE COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a public notice from the Monroe County Clerk’s Office, the County Commission is set to as a review board for the taxes assessed in the county. The statement is as follows:
“The Monroe County Commission shall sit as a Board of Review and Equalization regarding all taxes assessed (personal and real) for the taxable year 2024, on the following dates and times:”
Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 6 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 5, at 9 a.m.
Friday, Feb. 9, at 9 a.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 16, (Adjourn Sine Die) at 9 a.m.
“The hearings shall be held in the County Clerk’s Office Commission Room, 350 Main Street, Union, WV 24983. All hearings shall be by appointment only by calling 304-772-3096 extension 3.”
