LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The Friends of the Greenbrier County Public Library are planning their 40th Annual Salad Luncheon which is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition to the salad samplings, guests will be served turkey, ham, desserts, coffee, and tea. The Lewisburg United Methodist Church will once again serve as the host at 1133 East Washington Street, Lewisburg.
If you can’t make it to dine in, they will offer a delivery service to the general Lewisburg area. Call 304-647-7568 to arrange delivery to your workplace.
An announcement from the Greenbrier County Public Library states, “The Luncheon is an endeavor of the Friends of the Greenbrier County Public Library, a group dedicated to promoting awareness of services provided by public libraries. Proceeds from the fundraiser support library activities, services and programs.”
Advance tickets are $12 per plate and $13 at the door. Children’s tickets are $5. Advance tickets are available at the Greenbrier County Public Library, located at 152 Robert W. McCormick Drive in downtown Lewisburg, or you may order by credit card/phone by calling 304-647-7568.
