Voters in Monroe County rejected a $5.8 million bond for a new school on Saturday, November 18. The bond vote failed with 1,223 against the measure and 877 voting in favor. The measure would have provided funding for a new facility combining Peterstown Elementary School and Peterstown Middle School.
