Carmen Fogus was elected during the 2022 West Virginia FFA State Convention.
Fogus is the daughter of Paul Fogus and Crystal Ratliff of White Sulphur Springs and a proud Greenbrier East FFA member.
Fogus went through the nominating committee before and during the state convention, which consisted of history knowledge, interviews, essays, speeches and creating workshops for members.
Since Fogus’ election, she has traveled to the National FFA Convention and Expo, traveled to various chapters in the state for visits, organized the fall leadership conference and worked with her officer team to lead West Virginia FFA.
