Greenbrier West FFA has a variety of animals being raised this year including a wide spread of Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens and rabbits.
The students are eagerly awaiting the goats to have kids in March, and the FFA should have new rabbits arriving any day.
Raising animals is a wonderful learning experience as well as great fun, teaching students’ responsibility, leadership, values, patience and more.
Greenbrier West hopes to accomplish this and allow students to use these skills throughout life.
