The city of White Sulphur Springs has literally been picking up the pieces of its historic town since the waters receded after the June 23 flooding. Mayor Lloyd Haynes expressed immense gratitude to city workers during the declared disaster and those who jumped into place during his brief absence to mourn the loss of his beloved wife, Garnett.
