Following a complete forensic psychiatric evaluation and administration of appropriate medication, a woman accused of child abuse resulting in death has been deemed fit to stand trial. April Dawn Fox, 36, of Bellburn, appeared before Greenbrier County Circuit Court Judge James J. Rowe on Monday, December 21, when Fox’s attorney, J. Steven Hunter, requested her bond be reinstated to allow for home confinement. Rowe denied the request.
