It’s the Golden Rule – “do unto others as you would have done unto you.” A local mail carrier acted out this old adage during his mail route on Tuesday, February 17, by helping his fellow man. Two calls came in to The West Virginia Daily News office Wednesday, February 18, reporting the”good deed” of Levi Bland, 35, who works at the White Sulphur Springs post office.
