Molly Smiley Buckland, 82, of Unicoi, TN, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
She was a native of Bryson City, NC, and a daughter of the late James and Minnie Fuller Smiley.
Molly was owner and operator of A&B Paint Supply in West Virginia and later retired from the Red Capp Industry in Erwin, TN.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and Carroll Smiley.
Molly has left behind to cherish her memory a daughter, Ruth White and husband, Kenneth, of Unicoi; sons, Terry Buckland of Mt. Carmel, TN, Brad Buckland and wife, Tammy, of Erwin, and Chris Buckland and wife, Linda, of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Jeanette Reece of New Orleans, LA; brothers, James Smiley and wife, Linda, of Townsend, TN, Donnie Smiley and wife, Rosie, of Cherokee, NC, and Richard Smiley and wife, Vickie, of Bryson City; four grandchildren, Stacey Buckland, Evan Buckland, Crisada Buckland, and Kayla Briggs; and two great-grandchildren.
A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home in Erwin.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as they offer tribute and remember the life of Molly in a Graveside service at 1 PM on Friday, December 5, at DeHart Cemetery in Bryson City.
