A man formerly from Alderson is being charged with sexual assault in the first degree for allegedly raping a minor who was under his care. Sammie L. Osborne, now residing in Kentucky, is being charged after Cpl. R.D. Baker of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by the executive director and forensic interviewer for the Child Youth Advocacy Center in Lewisburg.
