Wrapping up fall with the success of the seventh annual scarecrow contest, Sadie Fraley of the Main Street Revitalization Committee announced at Monday’s White Sulphur Springs City Council meeting that the theme of this winter’s holiday open house and Christmas parade would be “Light Up the Village.”
