Greenbrier County Commissioner Mike McClung addressed the progress of the pool litigation between the Greenbrier County Commission and New River Community and Technical College and the NRCTC Foundation at the end of Wednesday’s commission meeting, as he has since August 2014, though he called the progress at this juncture a lack thereof.
