In keeping with presidential proclamation, Gov. Earl Ray Tomlin today had ordered all U.S. and State flags at all state facilities to be displayed at half-staff, Thursday, September, 11, 2014, to commeorate Patriot Day and the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
