An appeal made by David Clayton White before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals was denied Monday, August 29. White, 50, was convicted by a jury on February 5, 2013, on 21 felony counts related to arson that took place on December 15, 2011, which destroyed eight cars, including two state police cruisers, and damaged part of the Rainelle state police barracks.
