The month of August proves as a time of excitement as the State Fair rolls into town. The rides and attractions offer something of interest for everyone to enjoy, and this year should be not disappoint as the State Fair of West Virginia has teamed up with American National and Farm Family Insurance to bring the first ever Blue Ribbon Car Show.
